Basically, this covers what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and what happens if a repair doesn’t go the way either of us hoped. These terms shift now and then, and if you keep using our services past an update, the newer version is the one that counts.

Booking’s easy enough — phone, WhatsApp, or the quote form on our site all work. Once we’ve got your request, a visit gets scheduled for a time that actually suits you. Every visit opens with a diagnostic inspection, and that carries a flat AED 100 fee. Go ahead with the repair, and it comes off your final bill. Decide not to, and the fee still stands, since it’s covering the technician’s time on the road and at your door, not just the fix itself.
Nothing gets touched until you’ve seen and agreed to the cost. The technician inspects first, then tells you plainly what’s wrong and what fixing it will run you, no vague guesses, nothing added later that wasn’t mentioned upfront. Once the job’s done and tested, payment’s expected right there unless something else was arranged beforehand.
Whether it’s a quick water dispenser fix or a full commercial double door fridge repair, we’re using genuine parts matched to the brand and model every time. That’s really the reason our pricing sits where it does — we’re not shaving corners to save a few dirhams.
Every repair carries a 3-month warranty covering both parts and labour for whatever issue we fixed. Same problem shows back up in that window? Call us and we’ll send someone out again, no extra charge. It won’t stretch to new faults, damage from misuse, or anything caused by another technician getting into the appliance after us. Describe the issue as clearly as you can when booking, and make sure the technician has safe access to the appliance, whether that’s a fridge wedged in a corner or a cooking range built into a packed commercial kitchen. If getting to it is tricky for any reason, just mention it upfront so the technician shows up prepared instead of surprised.
Plans change, we get it. A call or WhatsApp message before the technician’s on the way is all it takes to shift the booking around. Cancel after they’ve already left, though, and the standard inspection fee will likely still apply, since that time and travel are already spent.
Our technicians are careful, but Al Siraj Electronics Repairing won’t take responsibility for pre-existing damage or unrelated wear that turns up mid-repair. Delays from things outside our hands, traffic, a rare spare part that’s genuinely hard to track down, aren’t on us either. Either way, our liability stops at the value of the service we actually provided.
