Here’s what’s covered under our 3-month warranty on every repair we complete across the UAE.
This Warranty Policy covers what happens after a technician from Al Siraj Electronics Repairing finishes a job at your home, restaurant, or office. We stand by our repairs, and this page is where we spell out what that actually looks like in practice, not just a line buried in an invoice, but what really happens if something goes wrong again once we’ve packed up and left.
We work across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and Abu Dhabi, and every job we take on runs under the same warranty terms below, no exceptions based on how big or small the repair was, and no fine print that changes depending on which technician shows up.
Every repair from Al Siraj Electronics Repairing comes with a 3-month warranty covering both parts and labour. Doesn’t matter if it’s a simple washing machine repair, a refrigerator repair, or a heavier job like commercial double door fridge repair for a restaurant kitchen running its appliances a lot harder than any home ever would.
The warranty applies to the exact fault we worked on. So say a technician swaps out a compressor during a deep freezer repair, that part and the labour behind it are covered for three months from the visit date. Same logic applies to a gasket replaced in a dishwasher repair, a heating element fixed during an electric oven repair, or a control board sorted out in a microwave oven repair. If that same issue comes back within the window, it’s on us to fix it, not you. This applies across every service we offer, whether it’s a dryer repair, a water dispenser repair, or something more specialized like a built-in oven repair that involves working around cabinetry.
Whatever we install, whether it’s for a gas cooker and range repair, a kitchen hood repair, or a built-in oven repair, is genuine or manufacturer-approved. That’s part of what makes the warranty mean something. If a part fails under normal use during the covered period, it gets swapped out at no cost. We’re not in the habit of using mismatched or cheaper components to save a bit upfront, since that usually just means the same problem shows up again a few weeks later, and nobody wins in that situation, least of all the customer who thought the issue was already sorted.
This matters even more on commercial jobs. A double door fridge repair for a restaurant kitchen, for instance, needs parts that can actually handle the kind of daily use a commercial unit sees, not something built for occasional home use pushed into a role it was never designed for.
A few things sit outside this Warranty Policy, and it’s worth being upfront about them rather than leaving anyone guessing later.
New problems that have nothing to do with the original repair aren’t included, those are separate issues rather than a continuation of what we already fixed. Damage from misuse, an accidental knock, or someone else opening up the appliance after our visit also falls outside warranty terms, since we can only vouch for work we actually did ourselves. Normal wear and tear that isn’t connected to the repair itself doesn’t count either, appliances are still machines with moving parts, and they age regardless of how well something was fixed the first time around.
Commercial appliances get looked at a little differently. A double door fridge repair in a busy kitchen or a water dispenser repair in a packed office sees way more daily use than a home unit ever would, doors constantly opening, minimal downtime between shifts, sometimes overloading during peak hours or big events. If a fault shows up that looks more tied to that kind of workload than to the original repair, our technician assesses it on its own rather than applying a blanket yes or no across every commercial job.
If the same issue we repaired shows up again within the 3-month window, sorting it out is straightforward. Call or WhatsApp us with your original service details, roughly when the repair happened and what the appliance is doing now. We’ll get a technician back out to take a look, and if it genuinely falls under warranty, there’s nothing extra to pay for the visit or the fix itself.
We’d rather deal with a warranty claim quickly than leave someone sitting around with a broken fridge wondering if it’s even worth the call. That goes for a home appliance just as much as a restaurant’s cooking equipment that needs to be working again before the next shift starts, since downtime in a working kitchen costs a lot more than just the repair bill.
Whether the original job was an AC repair in someone’s living room or a commercial double door fridge repair in a hotel kitchen, the same three-month terms apply. The window doesn’t shrink just because a unit gets used more, though as mentioned, commercial appliances under especially heavy strain might get assessed individually if a fault looks workload-related rather than repair-related. That’s not us looking for a way out of honoring a claim, it’s just being honest that a fridge running nonstop through dinner service wears differently than one sitting in a quiet household kitchen.
Warranty covers the repair, sure, but a few small habits on your end make a real difference in whether the same fault ever shows back up. Wiping the condenser coil down every so often keeps grease and dust from building up, and that buildup is honestly one of the biggest reasons a compressor ends up working way harder than it should. The door seal’s worth checking every few weeks too, since a worn gasket lets warm air sneak in without anyone noticing, and next thing you know the electricity bill’s higher and the fridge still isn’t holding its temperature right. During busy stretches, especially in commercial kitchens, it also helps to not cram a fridge or freezer past what it’s meant to hold. Overloading blocks airflow, and once that happens, one side ends up colder than the other no matter how well the unit’s actually running.
None of this takes the place of what the warranty already covers. But kitchens that stay on top of these small things just don’t end up calling back for the same problem nearly as often, and honestly, that’s better for everyone, less downtime on your end, fewer repeat visits on ours.
Not sure if something falls under warranty, or just want a point clarified before assuming either way? Ask us directly rather than guessing, we’d rather explain it upfront than have any confusion later.
